I am Carey. A mom to 2 kids and we are passionate about unschooling. It wasn't something I planned but as we began our homeschooling journey 6 years ago my oldest daughter quickly showed me the best way for her to learn. It was through fun and games, play and by following her passions. Her younger sister has since done the same. Together, we have learned about unschooling and realized it's the perfect fit for us.

I've had to deschool my brain on several occasions and each time I do I get remembered of the joy our way of living and learning brings to each moment. These years are quickly passing and I want to hold on to each one.
